Police reports, citations, and arrest reports related to Damonni Farley's arrest, detention, or citation on May 28, 2019" and "2. Witness statements and/or narratives submitted by police officers involved with the arrest, detention, or citation." The appeal indicates that the request was submitted to the Schenectady City Police Department. The Office of the Corporation Counsel, of which the Record Access Officer is a part, has no record of the submission of your FOIL request. Previously, your organization has submitted FOIL requests to this office. Jackson, I have received an appeal letter regarding Damonni Farley records.  We have corresponded in seperate email regarding process of submitting a FOIL request.  Again I have not received a request for records involving Damonni Farley.  I now have submitted your request on my end.
