Records: Pamela Cafritz (1959-2016)

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

All records of the Saratoga County District Attorney mentioning or pertaining to the late Pamela Cafritz. Cafritz was leader of an organization called JNess. She was also known to have associated with the organization known as NXIVM/Executive Success Programs as well as romantic partner of the group's leader, Keith Raniere.

An attached news story shall serve as proof that Cafritz passed away in 2016; privacy concerns recognized under FOIL are diminished. The public interest is served by release of records, as Cafritz has been described as having been accomplice to crimes committed by Raniere for which he was convicted and is serving a 120 year sentence.

To assist in the identification of records, Cafritz's Social Security Number begins with the first 5 digits 214-58. Her date of birth is November 12, 1959; her date of death is reported as November 7, 2016. Her longtime residence was in Clifton Park, NY.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
