To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
1) All documents, guidance, manuals, and SOP's regarding use of government (police department, or similar) property while on the job.
a) is the use of 3rd party websites such as SiriusXM or other "music sources" allowed?
b) is the use of data for reasons unrelated to the scope of the officers work allowed?
2) Contracts with data providers for mobile laptops, cell phones, and computers for FY2019 and FY2020 outlining at least the cost for the use of data (whether it be $/GB, or similar).
3) Web browser history for Mr. Bjork from June 1, 2019 through March 21, 2020.
4) All personnel records that are available for Mr. Bjork through your computer systems, dating back to the earliest records available.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Good evening.
Please see the attached cost sheet reference your public records request, PRR #1954. Please review our public records request policies below:
1. All public record requests will be redacted and/or /excised in accordance with applicable Florida Statute.
2. If you need a recording of any conversations from the Public Safety Communications Center, you must contact the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office at 941-316-1199.
3. COSTS: Under FSS. 119.07(4) and City Administrative Regulation No. 042-A002-0315, the Sarasota Police Department is authorized to charge the costs listed below for public record requests. No charge will apply for public records requests unless the cost is $5.00 or more. Prior to the release of requested information or documents, payment must be received in full payable to the Sarasota Police Department in the form of a business check, cashier's check, money order, or cash. **Be advised you may also pay over the phone with a credit or debit card by calling the records division at 941-263-6045 and referencing your PRR number.
Copies: One-sided B/W: $.15 per page. Two-sided B/W: $.20 per page. Certified Copies: $1.00 per page.
One-sided Color: $.30 per page. Two-sided Color: $.50 per page.
DVD/CD: DVD: $.35 each. CD: $.20 each. Photograph requests will be provided in this format.
Extensive Requests: Per FSS. 119.07(4)(d), fees regarding staff time shall be assessed for extensive requests that require preparation time in excess of thirty minutes. After the initial thirty minutes, staff charges will be assessed in thirty minute increments based on the researching employee's hourly wage up to a maximum of $35/hr. and will require a 50% deposit before record processing will begin. You will be notified of the amount due.
Postage: Applicable postage/shipping charges will be applied at the actual cost.
