Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Per Florida State Statute 316.0777 (3) (b), as the owner of vehicle with Florida license plate AUQ20, I am requesting the following information relating to ALPR data currently stored by your agency concerning the above listed tag.

Any/all information or data relating to Florida tag AUQ20 for the period of June 1, 2018 to September 5, 2018. Include any "flags" or "hotlists" for which said tag may have been included, including purpose for same and any agency said information was shared with or requested by.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
