To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all documents that include, but are not limited to, policies, procedurals, training manuals, talking points and slideshows that include the topic of non-discrimination and anti-bullying policies regarding LGBTQ identified students. Please limit this request to documents that were generated over the past two years as well as documents, such as policies, that are in effect now.
Any and all records, reports or documents that detail all voluntary agreements made between the school and The Office of Civil Rights following a discrimination complaint between Jan. 1st 2016 and present.
Any and all records, reports or documents regarding Arizona Revised Statues Title 15. Education 15-716 that inform school policies regarding sexual education.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
