Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:
I'd like to request any and all communication of the Santa Clara County School District regarding the implementation of Senate Bill 695, the affirmative consent act.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

PRA requests apply to existing documents or records. Please narrow the scope of your request to include as much specificity as possible, e.g., specific types of documents/records, to or from specific staff members, occurring during a specific time period, or a more specific description of what is contained in the documents/records, such as exact phrases or words. Once you have narrowed the scope of your request, we will immediately assess the time it will take to search for and provide you with nonexempt responsive documents, if any, and will notify you.
