Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to the Santa Clara County contract with FileMaker to purchase Pro10 software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Hi, Justine.
To memorialize our phone conversation today, County does not have any active contracts with FileMaker per se. If the Filemaker Pro you are looking for is a COTs, then County department would have issued a contract release order with our contracted vendor for COTs, which is SHI.
You also informed me that you are therefore cancelling this initial CPRA request which called for a copy of County’s contract with Filemaker.
Additionally, you had stated that you may file another CPRA request for a copy of the contract awarded off the solicitation RFP-PRO-FY17-005 Planning and Development Integrated Platform (PDIP). In which case, please send your request to Martin Coronel (copied here) and he will process that accordingly.
