Greetings Ms. Neiman,

This email responds to your California Public Records Act (CPRA) request, received by the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office on July 20, 2018. Please find attached records that are responsive to your request.

We are currently searching for additional County records relating to your request. We will review and produce responsive and disclosable records to you on a rolling basis. Although we will aim to provide all responsive and disclosable records to you within 30 days, I will provide you with a more accurate estimate as soon as I can of how long it will take us to complete our review of all records that are potentially responsive to your request. Of course, we seek to complete our review and production as soon as possible. In producing records to you, we may withhold or redact records or portions of records that are exempt from disclosure under the CPRA. If we do so, we will identify the applicable exemptions. For now, we wish to remind you that we are not required to create records which do not already exist.

Kind regards,
