Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. The number of criminal complaints filed between January 1, 2018, through June 15, 2020, that included charges for violations of California Vehicle Code section 14601, 14601.1, 14601.2, 14601.3, or 14601.5.
2. Any list or database of criminal complaints filed between January 1, 2018, through June 15, 2020, that included charges for violations of California Vehicle Code section 14601, 14601.1, 14601.2, 14601.3, or 14601.5.
3. Any and all criminal complaints filed between January 1, 2018, through June 15, 2020, that included charges for violations of California Vehicle Code section 14601, 14601.1, 14601.2, 14601.3, or 14601.5.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
I am not available to clarify any of these requests by phone. Please send all follow up communications in writing by e-mail.
