Re: Public Records Request of April 24, 2022. Reference #: P001296-042422
Dear Edwin Rios:
The Santa Barbara Sheriff's Office has identified records that appear to be responsive to your records request dated April 24, 2022.
Any information that is confidential and exempt from public disclosure was redacted according to the California Public Records Act. More specifically: Part of this request is being denied in part under Government Code section 6255 because the non-disclosure of names and addresses subject to an eviction clearly outweighs the need for disclosure to protect the credit and reputation of tenants. A record with redactions has been uploaded for your review. Please see the attachments section of this portal.
The records have been released to our online Public Records Center. You can log into the system and download your responsive records.
Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please respond to this email.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Mike McCoy
