Re: Public Records Request of October 21, 2020. Reference #: P000955-102120
Dear Colin Gerber:
The Santa Barbara Sheriff's Office has identified records that appears to be responsive to your records request dated October 21, 2020.
Attached is our report for "Domestic Disturbance" calls during the two specific months you requested.  As you will see, it provides the Incident #, Priority level, Type of call, Date, and Time of call.
Unfortunately, we do not have a report that provides average response times, the time the first Deputy arrived on-scene, Race and Ethnicity of the victim/perpetrator, or outcome of the call.  In order to obtain that information, it would require looking up each individual incident by hand and that is considered unreasonable by PRA law.
The records have been released to our online Public Records Center. You can log into the system and download your responsive records.
Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please respond to this email.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Richard Soto
