Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like all detailed list of all spills, overflows and system malfunctioning that resulted in untreated waste water being released into Richardson Bay from Jan 2019 to June 2022 From Tiburon Sanitary and District 5 Sausalito’s and marin city Sanitary , HD environmental marine, Sewerage agency of southern Marin and San Rafael sanitation district. Please include the exact dates and time of theses acci ohs is bei big as well as a detailed Description of what process is used for treating all sanitary waste water by all agencies listed separately and how and when exactly is it is released into the bay. Please include how often this treated water is released into the bay and approximately how many gallons are released per day or week and the exact location of the discharge

To whom it may concern,
I went into your portal and opened the files and there was nothing in it in light of full transparency and because this affects the general public’s health and well being I think there should be no hesitation on the part of your agency in posting this information publicly since there is no question that this information being available is definitely in the public’s best interest. Please send the file to my personal email address or post them here within the required time frame (I believe has already past) this information should already be posted and available on line I would think it would be difficult to send a link.
