The most essential emails are unreadable, missing letters of words arbitrarily, and with the text scattered. What is readable, such as the reports on homelessness, are not relevant to the query.

Please resubmit so no emails are scrambled and satisfy the CPRA request. The request is so out of line of the CPRA, it begs the question to the degree the RBRA is suppressing documents and it’s own consciousness of guilt of unconstitutional and tortious acts it has been implementing as policy and practice on the bay.

Apologies, there was an issue when our office converted the documents to PDF. We will fix that and resend. The documents that you indicate are not relevant were attachments to the emails. Your request asked for “all emails” sent during certain time periods and that was provided.

Please let me know if there are any issues with the attached records. Looks like the scattered/missing text was an error in Adobe when trying to make the pages the same size for easy viewing. The docs will have different size pages (larger photos) but the text in the emails should be readable now.
