Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All email communications between Senator Mike McGuire's office and employees of the County of Marin, Lynn Murphy, Marc Sabin, Sergeant Carl Huber, San Rafael Mayor Kate Collins, and California Department of Transportation (heretofor, "Cal Trans") regarding unhoused people living on Cal Trans property specifically at the Service Support Are (heretofore "SSA") created in July of 2021
All contracts and money disbursements between the County of Marin and City of San Rafael regarding homelessness. All contracts between agencies of the State of California regarding homelessness. All contract between the County of Marin agencies of the United States Government.
All email communications in Public Health Officer Matt Willis's email address that include "homeless" "Unhoused" "service support area" "ssa"
All documents, such as conditional use permits and planning documents, regarding George Lucas's sky-walker ranch housing proposal
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
