Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like any information or documentation as to who recruited and hired Curtis Havel for the position of harbor master and Any additional payment or incentives that he may have received from the county or any of it Representatives. This includes any government employee with access to government funds and from any member of the county staff. I would like any documentation or record including emails texts etc of communication regarding the position that you gave on record or and records of house payments car payment or Any Monetary offer my made in order to persuade him to take the job as harbormaster ( namely by Kate Sears )as well as all of the financial records from the rbra during his employment.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
