I would like some clarity on your request. You are asking for all summonses and/or arrest for violations of state and county level COVID Restrictions. What specific Penal Code, California Government Code, or Health and Safety code violations are you referring to in order to narrow down our search for responsive records?

In accordance with Government Code Section 6253, a legal review of your request was completed. Attached you will find the San Mateo County Health Order dated March 31, 2020 as a reflection of what citable offenses during this time frame of COVID shelter in place orders. The San Mateo Police Department cited 7 persons during this time frame for violation of the California Health and Safety Code 120295. No persons were arrested by the San Mateo Police Department for violations of these orders.
