Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Therefore, I hereby request the following records:

1) All instructional materials, presentations and presentation materials (including recorded video and audio, PowerPoint files, prepared remarks, and slides formats), from both remote and in-person meetings between Apple, its representatives, and this office from Jan. 1, 2021 to the date this request is processed

2) Any digital communications (including but not limited to emails and text messages) as well as documents, (including but not limited to PDF, word processing, excel, and slide documents) that mention Apple, Destination: Home, and/or the encampment located at N 1st Street and Component Drive from Jan. 1, 2021 to the date this request is processed

3) Any digital communications (including but not limited to emails and text messages) with Apple or Destination: Home representative representatives from Jan. 1, 2021 to the date this request is processed

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We are in receipt of your Public Records Act request received on 8/17/2021. This letter serves as the City's notification of the need for an extension of time to fully respond, pursuant to Government Code section 6253(c).

The City requires an extension of time under Government Code section 6253(c), in order to complete its review of potentially responsive records, compile copies and provide a coordinated, complete response to your request as required by the Public Records Act. We will respond to your request with further updates by no later than 9/3/2021.

The City intends to assert any and all exemptions and privileges applicable to potentially responsive records. The City also hereby reserves all other rights, including the right to object on the grounds that the request is overly broad and/or unduly burdensome.
