Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to the San Joaquin County contract with Accela to purchase Accela permitting software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Just want to clarify they we are not using Accela Automation, the web based software. We are using their legacy program Permits Plus that was first implemented in, I think it was, 1992. I just want to make sure that our information is relevant to your data collection efforts.

Thank you for your prompt reply. We would like your most recent permitting software contract - in this case it sounds like that would be with Sierra Software providing Accela Permits Plus from 1992. Do you still have that contract available?
