Please note that your request is being handled as a request for public records according to California Government Code § 6250, et seq. (California Public Records Act); and San Francisco Administrative Code, Chapter 67 (San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance).
Your attached letter, in its body, advises that your requests are "....new Immediate Disclosure Requests (SF Admin Code 67.25(a)) directed to your agency and its department head, pursuant to the Sunshine Ordinance and California Public Records Act." Please note that the March 13, 2020 "Second Supplement to Mayoral Proclamation Declaring the Existence of a Local Emergency dated February 25, 2020" suspended the provisions of San Francisco Administrative Code Sections 67.25(a)-(b) pertaining to "Immediate Disclosure Requests" during the COVID-19 local emergency. Accordingly, SFO will further respond to your request letter on or before July 27, 2020, as permitted by California Government Code § 6753(c).

As of today’s date, SFO has found two pages of records responsive to your request (see attachment). SFO is continuing its record search and I will update you accordingly. Under the authority of California Government Code § 6253(c)(2), SFO invokes its right to an extension of fourteen (14) calendar days, until August 10, 2020 to further respond to your public records request. (California Public Records Act) and San Francisco Administrative Code, Chapter 67 (San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance).
