Please preserve and produce, without modifications, exact copies of the Admin Code 67.29-5 calendar for Chesa Boudin for September 28-30, 2021, with full details for each individual Outlook entry.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hi,
This open-records request includes a calendar entry for a call between the D.S. and Bruce Chan on Sept. 29. Records show that meeting did not appear on a previous records request filed more than three days after the event. By city ordinance, it was required to be on the calendar by then. Can you please say when and why the calendar event was added?

Thank you for your email. We responded to your November 6th request on November 24th with the attached records. You reference a call that was not previously on the calendar. This was an unscheduled call that was inadvertently left off the DA's public calendar. Once we were made aware of that oversight we amended the calendar to be reflective of the DA's schedule. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
