Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the video taken by a closed-circuit security camera at San Francisco International Airport depicting an airport security officer conducting a screening on a person named Steven Patrick Morrissey (a.k.a. “Morrissey).
The requested video was recently described as “closed circuit TV footage” in the magazine Rolling Stone:
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am responding to your July 30 and August 14, 2015 e-mail requests made to Jean Caramatti at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). At this time, SFO is unable to release any responsive records, as this information is part of an active and ongoing investigation by the US Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
