1. Produce all communications between the DA's Office and 48 Hills blog (48Hills..org) writers/reporters between Dec. 31, 2020 and May 1. 2021.
2. Produce all communications between 48 Hills editor Tim Redmond and DA staff between Dec. 31, 2020 and May 1. 2021.
3. Produce all communications between the DA's Office, Kate Chatfield, and 48 Hills’ reporters and editor Tim Redmond that mention Ellie Cachette, Désirée Cachette, and/or Désirée F. Cachette between Sept. 1, 2020 and May 1, 2021.
4. Produce all communications between the DA's Office, Kate Chatfield, and Stuart Schuffman, aka Broke-Ass Stuart, that mention Ellie Cachette, Désirée Cachette, and/or Désirée F. Cachette between Sept. 1, 2020 and May 1, 2021.

In all cases, produce exact copies of communications and search govt accounts/devices and also personal accounts/devices of every form or app. Preserve all participants, email addresses, date/time stamps, to/from/cc/bcc, attachments (in their original electronic form).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
