Consequently, I am requesting a copy or copies of all contracts with the consulting firm and total compensation paid to the consulting firm for CHRO and any other services provided to SFHP from 2017 to present.

To clarify my request around compensation:
Ideally this would be provided in a yearly breakdown - total compensation for each calendar year from 2017 to present. However, if your records are only available in fiscal year format, please include fiscal years 16-17, 17-18, 18-19, 19-20, and any remaining compensation paid in 20-21.
Additionally, please provide any underlying documents for justification of compensation. If pay is entirely hourly rate, then please supply corresponding documentation of hours worked. If additional payment has been made, please provide any underlying documentation for additional payments.

As a reminder, CPRA requires responses within 10 days with an additional 14 day extension. As has been clear, I am not being unreasonable and have not held you to those standards, but you have failed to respond to my recent inquiries, failed to provide a timeline for disclosure beyond the deadline, and failed to provide documentation on a rolling basis.
I am requesting a response with all available documents at this time. For example, it should not take two months to provide a copy of a contract. Additionally, I am requesting a timeline for remaining production of documents.
Please respond within ten days to this email with the requested information. Failure to respond within ten days will be used as proof of denial based on delay and I will have no other option but to seek legal recourse.

Thank you for your patience. We have reviewed our records, and in response to your most recent request dated 04/06/21, attached you will find a copy of the original contract and an amendment with Smith-Jennings, Inc. for the provision of CHRO services.
With respect to your request for specific payments made to the HR consultant by year, your additional request would require us to create new documents as we do not maintain such reports or records. Per the PRA, we are not obligated to provide documents that would have to be created.
With this document production, we believe we have fully met our obligation to respond to your PRA request.
