Dear B. Reve: This letter is in response to your PRA request for: List of all cases in which your office applied for resentencing between Jan. 7, 2020 and June 7, 2022, including all defendants’s names and all original case numbers.
The PRA does not require our office to create records, only to produce those records that we have. To that end, there is a partially responsive that reflects some of the requested information. Our office is reviewing this record for the application of exemptions, including potentially the attorney work product exemption, and estimates that it will produce responsive, non exempt information to you by July 5, 2022 or sooner.

Also work product is not an exemption if it's a document that's been filed in court.

There should be responsive documents filed with the court which fall outside any conceivable attorney work-product exemption — if that's the basis for withholding, it’s not exempt.
