Hi. Thanks. This format is almost correct. But your process is removing hyperlinks. For example consider https://cdn.muckrock.com/foia_files/2021/03/12/Memo_5.pdf - if done correctly the hyperlinks for Harlan, Naomi, and Ben (i.e. their email addresses) should work via hovering and clicking.

Are you able to fix that?

From: San Francisco Controller's Office

Dear Anonymous,

Thank you for notifying our team about the removal of hyperlinks. We are still seeking a solution on this issue.

Our team has continued to review records so we can move forward with the production of rolling records. Please find Memos 9-11 attached for easy reference with redactions cited within the PDF. Each redaction is a personal email address of a City Employee who may or may not have consented to their personal email address being used for this invitation (Cal. Const. Art. I, Sec. 1; Cal. Gov't Code § 6254(c).)

We will also release these records publicly in the NextRequest. Our team is actively working on your request (#21-891) and we endeavor to continue providing rolling records next week.

If you have any questions regarding your request, please contact our team directly at controller@sfgov.org<mailto:controller@sfgov.org>.

Repectfully,

Office of the Controller

Dear Anonymous:

Sending response via NextRequest and MuckRock.

The Controller’s Office is responding to your public records request #21-1758 of April 14, 2021, which is a follow up to request #21-891 and asks for “all contents of ‘J:\Audits\Audits Projects\PUC\Community Benefits-External Affairs’ including all files in subfolders, all records in their original electronic format.”

We are withholding responsive records under California Government Code Sections 26908.5 and 6255 and Evidence Code Section 1040, consistent with the confidentiality requirements of Charter Section F1.110(b). We will be able to release certain responsive public records upon the completion of the audit, which we anticipate will be by September 30, 2021, depending on the availability of staff and documents at the PUC.

Sincerely,

Office of the Controller
