Pursuant to the CPRA/Sunshine Ordinance, I hereby make the following Immediate Disclosure Request. Exact copies are requested pursuant to GC 6253(b). Rolling responses are requested if you are not able to produce the records in 1 business day (SFAC 67.25). All withholding must be justified in writing, and withholding by deletion or exemption must be keyed by footnote or other clear reference.

1. all spreadsheets, logs, tracking systems, ticket systems, task lists, and databases used by your office to manage CPRA/Sunshine requests. You need produce only those records evidencing requests made in Nov and Dec 2019, however, if it is easier to give the entirety feel free to provide that. All columns and fields of this system are requested, except values explicitly exempt under the Sunshine ordinance. Any format that preserves all text, numbers, dates, urls, and formulae (if any) is acceptable. OCR/scanning is not acceptable. You do not need to produce actual responsive records provided to those requestors.

I expected as such and that is quite disappointing.

I hope your Office starts doing so in the future to avoid violating timeliness requirements and forgetting older requests.
