Thank you - did you intend to send any of the actual responsive text messages here, or are they still upcoming? Or did I just miss them?

Hello,

Thank you for the disclosures so far.
I've noticed that some of the letters to prior requesters have Google Drive or similar links.
They state I have to use a specific Google account to get access to those records.

I cannot be required to provide any such identifying information, nor can you require me to agree to Google's private end-user agreements like terms of service, since these constitute extra-statutory conditions on access to public records (prohibited by Santa Clara Co. vs First Amendment Coalition).

Please either directly email me all of the responsive records contained within those Google Drive or similar links, or provide me my own link that can be accessed without any login/identification requirements (i.e. completely open for public viewing, which is possible using Google Drive).

Thanks,

@journo_anon

Good afternoon,

As I stated in my September 16 and 24, 2021 letter, I am continuing with my
search and review process, and will provide those to you on a rolling
basis. As I stated in my previous letters the District does not have a
database that allows us to readily identify CPRA requests based on subject
matter.
