Pursuant to the the California Public Records Act § 6250 seq & Sunshine ordinance, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting immediate disclosure of the total amount SFPD is requesting from the general fund for FY 2020-2021 and FY 2021-2022.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or USB external drive if not. I would also be happy to review this document in person during business hours in accordance with the CPRA and Sunshine request.

Thank you so much for your prompt response! This does not appear to incorporate COVID-19 cuts as described in the powerpoint submitted by the Department to the Mayor here: https://sf.gov/sites/default/files/2020-02/Police_Proposed%20Budget_FY21%20and%20FY22.pdf.

Does the request for ~$736 million total /$629 million from general fund (FY 2020-2021) on pg 177 represent the budget request after "COVID-19 cuts" (the 10% cuts across all Departments across the City)?
