Dear Mr. Fein:

Thank you for your inquiry. Your request below was received by the Office of the Clerk of the Board and was forwarded this morning to the attention of Supervisor Wiener’s staff. Generally, the purpose of an immediate disclosure request is to expedite the City’s response to a simple, routine, or otherwise readily answerable request ( Admin. Code §67.25(a)). Given the need to search, compile/collect, and review records potentially responsive to your request, we anticipate an update or response to be provided to you within 10-days (July 5, 2016, since July 4, 2016 is a holiday) , and will keep you apprised if additional time is required.

In the meantime, I have conducted a search through Office of the Clerk for Board communications (Board.of.Supervisors@sfgov.org<mailto:Board.of.Supervisors@sfgov.org>) to the full Board, and did not identify any records responsive to your request. Incoming communications directed to the full Board may also be found through our Legislative Research Center (LRC) here<https://sfgov.legistar.com/Legislation.aspx>, by filtering Communications by keyword(s). Board communications pages received from June 11, 2016 through June 23, 2016 can be found here<https://sfgov.legistar.com/View.ashx?M=F&ID=4521998&GUID=AE2164C3-D05A-4654-A11A-308EC264F8F6> and here<https://sfgov.legistar.com/View.ashx?M=F&ID=4530837&GUID=190AD207-C0D8-480D-AD48-DFEAAC014F5C>.
