Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Produce all communications from Supervisor Hillary Ronen mentioning Fernando Madrigal between Jan. 1, 2019 and Jan. 1, 2021.

2. Produce all text messages, emails, Signal or other message chats mentioning Fernando Madrigal or “Nando.”

3. Produce all communications between Hillary Ronen and supervisors Shamann Walton, Dean Preston and Matt Haney that mention Fernando Madrigal or “Nando.”

4. Produce all communications between Hillary Ronen and Jon Jacobo that mention Fernando Madrigal or “Nando.”

5. Produce all communications between Hillary Ronen and District Attorney Chesa Boudin and any staff at the SFDA’s office that mention Fernando Madrigal or “Nando.”

In all cases, produce exact copies of communications and search govt accounts/devices and also personal accounts/devices of every form or app. Preserve all participants, email addresses, date/time stamps, to/from/cc/bcc, attachments (in their original electronic form).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
