Deputy Sheriff private use / expansion of 10B - immediate disclosure request

Pursuant to the Sunshine Ordinance and California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- every version of every communication (email, text, chat, or any other), document, or other record of any form on government or personal property in the constructive possession of your office or any of its employees/interns of: discussion, proposing, drafting, amending, planning, or anything else related to your proposed expansion of 10B program to deputy sheriffs

Please provide each individual email as an exact PDF copy. Do not only provide the last email in a thread as if that constitutes an exact copy of each. Provide each email preserving any non-exempt attachments (in their own original electronic format), non-exempt email addresses in the To/From/Cc/Bcc, and non-exempt hyperlinks, images, formatting, and the body of the email. Do not destroy or fail to retain any records that exist as of your receipt of this request.
