To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act & San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance, I hereby request the following records:
For the San Francisco District Attorney's Office, please provide a full list of any vacancies submitted by DHR class number, the date of submission, and the date of mayoral approval, rejection, or if there has not been a response (i.e. if still waiting for approval/rejection) for all vacancies submitted from February 1, 2020 to May 12, 2021. Please include position number, position job class, and class description, in addition to any other responsive data or metadata.
If you have any questions, please let me know within 24 hours of receiving this request.
If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the law. I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or deny a waiver of fees.
Though this request is not burdensome, I request that all records be made available on a rolling basis, rather than all at once when matching records are available.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or USB drive if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 24 hours & fulfillment within no more than 10 calendar days.

Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
Thank you for your request. We cite Mayor London Breed's March 30, 2020 Temporary Modification of Public Records Law During COVID-19 Local Emergency for additional time to respond in light of the pandemic. Our estimate is that we will respond within fourteen additional days, but this may change. We but we will keep you informed and encourage you to check in.
