Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:

All emails, correspondence and record of communications between Song Schreiber of Willie L. Brown Jr. Inc. and the San Francisco District Attorney's office, including calendar appointments, from Dec. 1 2013 to April 1, 2014.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

To Whom It May Concern:

I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, copied below, and originally submitted on Sept. 9, 2015. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed.

Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.

From: Bastian, Alex (DAT)

Enclosed, please find the response to Jeff's public records request. As you can see, this was already handled last month and sent to Jeff Elder on August 21. I am not exactly sure why you keep sending the same public records request on behalf of Jeff Elder. Feel free to contact him. There seems to be miscommunication going on between the both of you.
Best,

Alex
