Correspondence between Mark Farrell and Ron Conway

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all email or text message correspondence (sent or received) between San Francisco Board of Supervisors District 2 Representative Mark Farrell and Ron Conway dating from January 1st, 2016 to present.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents may be made available to the general public free of charge as part of a reporting class that I am currently enrolled in at the Stanford University School of Journalism and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
