Good Morning Jeff,

?I am writing to acknowledge your request for Police Department public records, received at the SFPD Media Relations Unit via email on May 19, 2015. Your request states correspondence between Google and San Francisco officials. Can you please be more specific on which officials you are referring to in order to facilitate your request? Are you referring to emails from the Mayor's Office, SFMTA? Which agency?

Thank you,

Hi Grace,
Thanks for your note. Yes, I would like to see emails between Google and officials at the mayor's office and SFMTA, but also the police department related to the "Google bus" protests.

Hi Jeff,

I am following up with IT on your request. I believe their search parameters need a to/from e-mail address but they will let me know. Additionally, what time frame/dates does your request pertain to so I can give them that information?

Hello again Jeff,

In order to facilitate your request, please let me know the following information:

Date range

Specific names from Google to search for email chains

It will help the search be more accurate. If there aren't any specific names you're interested in, then we can search "google bus protests" but we definitely need a date range.
