Dear Parker Higgins:
On behalf of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), this email responds to your public records request dated December 9, 2016.

Please be advised we are hereby invoking an extension of an additional 14 calendar days from December 19, 2016, to respond to your request.

Under the California Public Records Act and the San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance, the deadline can be extended for an additional fourteen days due to "the need to search for, collect, and appropriately examine a voluminous amount of separate and distinct records that are demanded in a single request." Cal. Gov't Code §6253(c)(2). The SFMTA is invoking the extension on these grounds because staff must collect and examine a voluminous amount of material. We will endeavor to respond to your request as soon as possible, but not later than January 3, 2017.

Please do not hesitate to contact the Sunshine Request line at 415-701-4670 or sfmtasunshinerequests@sfmta.com if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Caroline Celaya

Dear Parker Higgins:
On behalf of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), this email responds to your public records request, PRR#16-539. I apologize for the delay in our response to you.

Attached please find a document responsive to your request. Some of the remaining documents responsive to your requested have been provided to the Federal Bureau of Investigations for the purposes of an investigation. The Sunshine Ordinance recognizes the need to keep records related to pending investigations confidential. As a result, we are unable to provide you with the video you seek at this time. The SFMTA has determined that it has no other records responsive to this request so it considers the matter closed.

Please let us know if you have any further questions regarding your request or if you would like additional information.
