The last 50 emails sent from the official account of District Attorney Chesa Boudin
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Documents were redacted of information exempt from disclosure pursuant to Gov. Code sec. 6254(c) for personal private and medical information the disclosure of which would constitute an unwarranted invasion of privacy. Personal email addresses were redacted as required by law. Additionally information was withheld related to ongoing cases which would reveal attorney work product including impressions, analysis and conclusions regarding active litigation. Code of Civ. Proc. 2018.030(a).
