Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, ยง 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:

All "Undercover Ops Plans" or documents pertaining to the training or protocol associated with under cover operations generated in regard to operations carried out in response to the "Occupy Wall Street" movements between September 2011 and September 2012.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

The Bay Area Urban Area Security Initiative does not have responsive records specific to your request for "All 'Undercover Ops Plans' or documents pertaining to the training or protocol associated with under cover operations generated in regard to operations carried out in response to the "Occupy Wall Street" movements between September 2011 and September 2012." It is important to note that UASI provides homeland security grant administration for the Bay Area. The UASI does not plan nor conduct operations. Your best bet is to reach out the individual police departments in the Bay Area to see if they have responsive documents.
