Business grants in San Francisco August 2019-2020

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I would like a list of all the business grant programs in San Francisco from August 2019 to August 2020. I would like a list of the program description including eligibility requirements, the total number, names, and addresses of applicants, the total number and names of recipients, and the amount of money each recipient received. I would also like a list of partners and liasons that helped facilitate these grant programs.

If a list does not exist, I would like to accumulate all documents that would have this information: spreadsheets, invoices, press releases, memorandums, etc.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
