This is an immediate disclosure request for text, chat, or instant messages between Carmen Chu , Douglass Legg, Jennifer Johnston, Vicki Hennessey, Dennis Herrera , Shawn Kelly, London Breed, , or including all group messages, and all messages in threads, in any form and any app, on any government accounts/devices or on personal accounts or devices regarding the conduct of public business, including all participant names, message text, images, attachments, dates, and times, including any in trash or deleted folders or similar (see Good Government Guide - if the records have not been permanently deleted as of the time you receive this request, you must retrieve them from the so-called trash folders and provide them). Provide rolling responses. Provide exact copies including all metadata. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

We have reviewed your request. As you can imagine, a request for all emails from 1/1/2014 through 1/29/2021 between former Assessor Chu and all of the individuals and departments you listed is likely to result in an unreasonable amount of documents. Please narrow your request to a reasonable period and specify a subject matter or other means of narrowing the universe of documents to be produced. We will continue to work on your other requests in the meantime.

Thank you for your response. Please send all the emails requested within the timeframe requested. I do not expect to go back and forth with your office. It's not that complicated to obtain. I'm aware of how easy it is to obtain. So please submit them accordingly.
