Serious Incident Report data given to the Juvenile Justice Commission for calendar year 2015.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

As 10 calendar days have passed since filing this request, I'm writing today to inquire as to the status of your response.

As noted by the California League of Cities:
"A local agency must respond promptly, but no later than ten calendar days from receipt of the request, to notify the requester whether records will be disclosed. If the request is received after business hours or on a weekend or holiday, the next business day may be considered the date of receipt. The ten-day response period starts with the first calendar day after the date of receipt. If the tenth day falls on a weekend or holiday, the next business day is considered the deadline for responding to the request."

Hi Michele,

Could you do me a favor and check to make sure the JRF numbers are accurate? it doesn't seem to have been filled out. For the other facilities when there was no incidents, there is a "0" but for JRF it's just blank.
