From: San Diego County Probation Department

Mr. Petti,

The County of San Diego is in receipt of your California Public Records Act (CPRA) request dated October 12, 2020. Specifically, you requested the following:

* Any and all emails sent to or from Eduardo Calderon, or Laura Speyrer regarding their participation in a class called Radical Islam, taught on 06/21/16. You may limit your search to the period between 06/07/16 and 07/05/16.
This correspondence serves as the County’s response.

In regards to your request, the County of San Diego Probation Department does not have any responsive records. Both officers searched their records and emails, but did not have any emails. Additionally, given the date of the records you were seeking, they fall outside of the County’s retention window and would have been automatically deleted quite some time ago.

Should you have any questions or concerns please contact the undersigned.
