From: Husoe, Karl
Mr. Morisey,
I am a designated custodian of records for the San Diego County District Attorney's Office, responsible for compliance with the California Public Records Act (CPRA). After a reasonable search I identified the attached Media Policy Guide. Portions of the document which are either non-responsive to your request or protected by the "deliberative process" exemption have been redacted. (Gov. Code, § 6255, subd. (a); California First Amendment Coal. v. Superior Court (1998) 67 Cal.App.4th 159, 170.)
Sincerely,
Karl Husoe
Deputy District Attorney
