Hard Summer Music Festival [San Bernadino Sheriff]

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents related to the "Hard Summer Music Festival" that occurred at the Auto Club Speedway near Fontana, California on July 30 and July 31, 2016. Please also include any documents related to Derek Lee, 22, of San Francisco, Alyssa Dominguez, 21, of San Diego — who were pronounced dead on Sunday — and UC Riverside student Roxanne Ngo, 22, of Chino Hills, who was declared dead on Monday, according to the LA Times: http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-hard-summer-rave-death-20160801-snap-story.html

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
