I am requesting electronic copies all of emails sent or received after April 1, 2020 by employees of the public health department containing any of the the words below. I ask that this search be case-insensitive. The words are:

data
dashboard
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Hello Ben, I ran this request through a few folks and it seems, even before running this through our IT department, this will garner thousands of records as the search is too broad to run. Was there something in particular you were looking for? Is it possible to narrow down the parameters more, perhaps by date, sender, or other search criteria?

Hello Ben, apologies for the delay in response. Do you have more parameters to help us condense the number of records that could possibly be produced? Was there a date range perhaps? I feel limiting it down to emails sent/received by Corwin and Trudy would still produce a very large number of very broad results.
