communication between San Bernardino County officials and listed individuals

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

Please provide all communications by email, text message, letter or in any other form between officials of the County of San Bernardino, including but not limited to fire department officials and Sheriff's Department officials any of the following individuals:
Jerry Boyle, Jorge Dominicis, Juan Perez, David Perry, Don Houston, Chris Bove, Marta Prado, Carl Keldie, Scott Pustizzi, Bob Martin, Cassandra Newkirk, or anyone else working for or representing Correct Care Solutions.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I am a contributor to Capital & Main, a non-profit news site, which produces news reports that are widely read on the Capital & Main website, as well as in such outlets as Newsweek, Fast Company, Slate, American Prospect and others through co-publishing agreements.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
