Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
- Copy of the current contract/extensions/amendments for the Stop Arm Safety Camera Enforcement System program.
Please include: monthly pricing to the vendor, overview of selected equipment, contract term, etc.
Believe the contract was signed with Verra Mobility (previously known as American Traffic Solutions - ATS)
- Report of # of incidents captured, # of citations mailed, payment rate, etc. per year for the last 3 years
- Copy of BusPatrol's response to: RFP 17-061 - Stop Arm Safety Camera Enforcement System
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the District has not processed Open Records Requests since March 6, 2020. The District continues to operate on a skeleton crew. Therefore, per the Attorney General's guidance (attached), we are waiting until the District resumes full operations before we begin responding to pending Open Records Requests.

SAISD continues to work on a skeleton crew basis, and has not resumed full operations, per the Attorney General's guidance (attached). We have not begun to process any Open Records Requests received during the closure. When our District resumes full operations, we will begin responding to requests.
