Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of SAISDs contract, including amendments, with current vendor American Traffic Solutions, Inc. (ATS).

Vendor Award: "RFP 17-061 (AT) was awarded to American Traffic Solutions, Inc. on May 21, 2018. The contract term covers May 22, 2018 – May 21, 2019. The award amount is as specified under the agreement, Exhibit A, Service Fee Schedule. The contract includes four (4) additional one (1) year renewal options."
