Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) contracts executed between San Antonio Water System and SAK Construction between Jan. 1, 2017, and February 15, 2019.
2) contracts executed between City of San Antonio and SAK Construction between Jan. 1, 2017, and February 15, 2019.
3) emails between SAK Construction (@sakcon.com) and any and all of the following: San Antonio Water System, City of San Antonio, Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, and Bexar County Health Department, between the dates of February 1, 2019, and March 30, 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

This is in response to your recent open records request to San Antonio Water System (SAWS) (request attached hereto), assigned Open Records Request (ORR) No. 8786. We note that this request is duplicative of your previous request number ORR 8772, which was initially received by The City of San Antonio and forwarded to San Antonio Water System (SAWS) for additional processing. SAWS had requested clarification for that request as well (ORR 8772), and you provided the requested email domain names. Therefore SAWS directs you to our response to ORR 8772 in response to this current open records request, ORR 8786. This second open records request is also now closed.
