From: Sanjin Ibrahimovic

Hi Candee,

I'd like to appeal this decision under the grounds that the ADL has confirmed someone from the SLCPD has attended the NCTS in Israel. The event has been going on since 2004, usually high ranking/executive officers only go (cap is like 1-2 per department). The e-mails about this would be between the police department and @adl.org, we have seen ejarvis@adl.org to be a frequent one sending mail to the departments. If you would like to see what documents are usually found, here is the Chicago Police Department's responsive documents: https://cdn.muckrock.com/foia_files/2018/03/28/P434369__________REDACTED_FINAL_REPORTS.pdf

Could you all check and make sure that the documents exist? The ADL has confirmed the existence of a trip from some executive/high ranking officers.

Thank you,

Sanjin Ibrahimovic
